The document is damaged.
The document type is not supported.
The details in the document do not match the details provided at registration.
Selfie issues
The face was not recognized (for example, because of poor lighting, glasses, or a head covering).
The face does not match the photo in the document.
Address verification
The document is older than 3 months.
The document does not include a name or address.
