What documents are accepted for identity verification?

The following documents are accepted for identity verification:

  • Passport (national or international);

  • National ID card;

  • Driver's license;

  • Residence permit.

Document requirements:

  • The document must be valid and not expired.

  • Only original color images are accepted. Black-and-white photos, copies, and screenshots are not accepted.

  • The document must be fully visible (all corners visible, all data readable).

  • The image must be clear and high quality, without glare.

  • All personal data must be easy to read.

⚠️ For citizens of Ukraine: an old-style passport is not accepted for verification. You can use an international passport or an ID card.

Unsuitable documents:

  • A screenshot of the document.

  • A black-and-white copy.

  • A document with cropped edges.

  • A photo with glare covering the data.

  • A damaged or expired document.
