Unavailable regions in Crypto Bot

In accordance with the AML policy, Crypto Bot is currently unavailable in a number of countries and regions. This restriction applies to users who are located in, are residents of, or are citizens of the jurisdictions listed below:

China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, North Korea, the United States (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands), Canada, the Bahamas, Cuba, Bolivia, the United Kingdom, France (including all overseas territories: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, the French Southern Territories, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia), Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Malta, Crimea, the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Iran, Syria, Abkhazia, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

In some cases, if you are not a citizen or permanent resident of these countries and territories and are not located there, you may be able to restore access to Crypto Bot:

  • If you are not a citizen or resident of a restricted country and connected from it by accident (for example, through a VPN), connect from a permitted country and reopen the mini app.

  • If you have not yet completed proof of address, the main screen will show a prompt to confirm your residential address. Once it is confirmed, the restrictions will be lifted.

  • If you have already completed proof of address, the restrictions will be lifted automatically when you sign in from a permitted country.

  • If you are a citizen or resident of a restricted country, you cannot use the service. Only withdrawals are available.
