To withdraw your crypto, create a withdrawal to a different wallet address that you have access to in the “Withdraw” section.
Why withdrawal to the address is unavailable
Crypto Bot is a custodial service and reviews transactions in line with its anti-money laundering (AML) policy and sanctions requirements. The recipient wallet address is checked every time a withdrawal is created. If withdrawal to an address is unavailable, crypto is not sent to it.

What you should know
The restriction applies to the recipient wallet address. The withdrawal amount and the network do not affect the result, and neither do further attempts to withdraw to this address.
No fee is charged. The withdrawal amount and the fee are returned to your balance. In your transaction history, this withdrawal is shown with the “Cancelled” status.
A successful withdrawal in the past does not guarantee that the address is available. The wallet address is checked every time a withdrawal is created, so the result may differ from previous transactions.
The restriction cannot be lifted on request, including through support.
How to withdraw crypto to a different wallet address
Get a wallet address that you have access to, for example an address of another wallet or a deposit address on an exchange. Make sure the address was issued for the same cryptocurrency and network you will select for the withdrawal.
Open the “Withdraw” section and create a withdrawal to this wallet address.
It is not possible to confirm in advance whether an address is available: the address is checked when the withdrawal is created.
Do not send crypto to the previous address in another network. An address issued by an exchange or another service credits crypto only in the network it was issued for, and a transfer in another network may result in a loss of your crypto.

The withdrawal was under review for a long time and returned to the balance
You may also receive this message for a withdrawal that was created earlier and was under review. This means the review is complete: the withdrawal was not sent, and the withdrawal amount and the fee have been returned to your balance. You can withdraw your crypto to a different wallet address.
The message appears when withdrawing to different addresses
