How to refund a rejected deposit

If a deposit was rejected based on the AML review results, once the review is completed you will be able to withdraw the funds to the address of the original wallet from which the transaction was received.

To do this, go to the “Locked deposits” section, select the deposit, and tap “Withdraw”.

Who pays the refund fee

The network fee for refunding a rejected deposit is paid by the user.

In some cases, the fee is deducted automatically from the amount of the rejected deposit, and no further action is required. For example, if you deposited TRX, the refund is also made in TRX, and the fee is deducted from the refund amount.

If the network fee for the refund must be paid in a different coin and there is not enough of it on the deposit address, we will ask you to top up that address with the required amount. Once the funds for the fee arrive, we will process the refund of the rejected deposit.

How the fee is paid in different networks

The refund fee depends on the network and coin of the rejected deposit.

If the fee is deducted automatically, no further action is required: it will be withheld from the refund amount.

If the refund requires the network coin and there is not enough of it on the deposit address, we will ask you to top up that address with the required amount. If the address already holds enough of the network coin, no additional top-up is needed.
